As owners of several homes in the North West we have established a reputation for taking an active role within the local community surrounding each home. We work with local colleges to support and encourage the training of many of our staff to NVQ standards and our residents play a large part in raising funds for Charity.

However every Home is different with a warmth and atmosphere of its own. It is important to retain this individuality whilst ensuring that all our staff work to the highest of professional standards at the same time as surrounding Residents with the love and individual attention we feel they deserve.

We believe each person we care for has a right to live with respect and dignity exercising choice. We work as equal partners with each Resident or their relative to determine the appropriate level of care, both physical and emotional, we have systems in place to adapt that care as needs change.

Residents have their privacy and independence but are secure in the knowledge that there is someone there for them 24 hours a day.
